Job Summary:

Polonez-America is a leading ethno-global logistics company specializing in C2C Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions, is seeking an experienced, Polish-speaking Business Development Manager – Midwest to expand our agent network and PUDO points (Pick Up and Drop Off) locations in the Midwest territory, targeting SMB (Small-Medium sized) businesses. This role will focus on forming strategic partnerships with potential partners and will play a pivotal role in growing and expanding Polonez’ footprint by identifying and onboarding new agent partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with SMBs, conducting market research to uncover opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and target new agent partners, sourcing SMBs for strategic collaborations and partnerships.
• Implement strategies to grow the agent network in key Midwest Regions.
• Provide support and training to new agents in the Midwest territory.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities specific to the Midwest Region.
• Analyze trends and competitor activities within the Midwest territory inform Executive with the right strategy.
• Work with internal teams, Marketing, Executive, and Operations to align partnership goals.
• Develop business development and offline marketing strategies to meet revenue targets, including potential community event/festival sponsorship to increase Company’s brand awareness.
• Promote Polonez America’s services and products to potential partners.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Polish language is a significant asset.
• Proven experience in sales within the logistics industry.
• Strong background in business development and forming strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends, and report findings to the Executive Team to provide meaningful insights.
