Responsible for directly establishing and leading a Sales team of Independent Consultants and Leaders who provide a superior Thermomix Customer Experience.

In cooperation with the Area Manager and collaboration with the Area Team, the Branch Manager is responsible for building High Performing Teams.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated Sales experience (preferred Direct Sales / Cooking Appliance)
• Event planning experience
• Self-motivated, reliable, relatable, and inspirational
• Experience in leadership and/or in creating communities
• Ability to communicate efficiently with various stakeholders
• English (Polish would be a plus)

Salary is $70K-$80K dependent on their experience. Annual bonus is $35K
